Real safety. Real health. Real difference.
From cultural accountability for corporates to no-fuss guidance for grower groups, I’m passionate about real health and safety outcomes for rural industries and communities – but with one, vital difference.
For me, it’s about challenging the status quo. About synthesising real life experience with evidence-based solutions, and about cutting to the core of what it means to be ‘compliant’, which put simply, is:
just. don’t. kill someone.
Established in 2009 and based in Nairne, South Australia, I empower organisations to rethink policies, procedures and box-ticking, and to consider a different approach.
A people-based approach.
I deliver refreshing, real life results to everyday health and safety challenges… differently.
From home school on a sheep station to the mining camps of the Pilbara, to research in Norwegian fisheries and caring for my disabled Dad – there’s nothing I love more than telling a good story. So much so, that I’ve had the privilege of speaking at over 50 events across Australia and the world.
#PlantASeedForSafety is a social change initiative that puts health, safety and wellbeing front of mind, and gets rural lads, ladies and children home to their families safe and well at the end of each day.
